I am a computational geoscientist doing my PhD. I investigate solid Earth and surface processes, using numerical models and geophysical datasets to understand how tectonics and landscapes interact and evolve.

The Earth we live in is fascinating to me. It changes accordingly to the posed constraints by nature and humans. Therefore, it is interesting and important to study its dynamics. I am interested in the geophysics part of geosciences and love the regions especially covered by snow and ice. Today, the communities living there face geohazards due to the direct impact of the warming temperature-melting ice-rising sea level regimes. However we are in a deglacial period right now that causes this melting and therefore, by studying the geology of the past, we can understand how past and future glaciations impact the landscapes. This is the motivation of my research at the intersection of tectonics, seismology, glaciology and geomorphology.
